How do I schedule a design consultation?
Every project begins with a tailored design consultation to understand your space, your vision and how the sauna will integrate into its environment. The process is simple and considered:
- Initial enquiry through the website
- Review of your space and requirements
- Follow-up consultation — call or site visit
- Concept direction and outline pricing
Each stage ensures the final sauna is fully bespoke, rather than a standardised product.
Do you offer calls and site visits?
Yes. Depending on your project, we offer remote consultations by video or phone, plus UK-wide site visits subject to project scope. Site visits are particularly valuable for bespoke builds, where orientation, surroundings and access influence the final design.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Complete our enquiry form and include, where you can:
- Location
- Intended use
- Approximate size or capacity
- Architectural references
- Site photos, if available
The more detail you provide, the more accurately we can guide the design direction.
What happens after I submit?
Once received, we review the details internally and respond within 1–2 working days. We may request additional information, then arrange a consultation call or site visit to begin shaping the concept — discussing feasibility, materials and budget.
